The Jacob Berman Community Center is a modern Orthodox community synagogue in Rehovot. Since its founding in 1970, Berman’s has served as the center of a diverse Jewish community, appealing to Olim and native Israelis alike from all backgrounds, professions, and ages. Berman’s warm and open atmosphere - combined with its wealth of educational, youth, social, and charitable programs - makes it a flourishing community that currently numbers close to 300 member families - and counting. As an Orthodox synagogue, Berman’s is a model of inclusivity and tolerance. The synagogue functions and thrives on the strong spirit of volunteering that is pervasive in the community. Our members are devoted to working tirelessly for the spiritual and religious growth of the Berman community and the State of Israel.
