Be-Atzmi's Board of Directors includes leading figures from Israel’s business and social sectors, which devote their time and rich experience voluntarily for the organization. The Board is headed by Mr. Giora Offer, the former CEO of the Discount Group and currently a partner and chairman of the Lahav Fund. Be-Atzmi's Executive Director is Ms. Nira Zimels.
