Be-Atzmi

Be-Atzmi's vision is to bring about a change in the employment scene in Israel by integrating and advancing underprivileged populations into the workforce. Be-Atzmi develops and operates innovative and effective programs, which help underprivileged men and women throughout Israel, to find their way out of chronic unemployment and into steady, long-term employment. Be-Atzmi's Board of Directors includes leading figures from Israel’s business and social sectors, which devote their time and rich experience voluntarily for the organization. The Board is headed by Mr. Giora Offer, the former CEO of the Discount Group and currently a partner and chairman of the Lahav Fund. Be-Atzmi's Executive Director is Ms. Nira Zimels. Be-Atzmi receives a full support from the business, the private and the third sector worldwide.
