The Tali organization funds fertility treatments for hundreds of Israeli couples who cannot afford to pay for treatment on their own. Even couples who seek treatment through socialized medical clinics, find that medications and treatments are not always covered. Depending on the couples’ age and the treatment prescribed, only a portion of treatment is funded by medical insurance. Sometimes socialized insurance does not participate in the costs at all.
Tali is run 100% by volunteers and has no overhead. We are the only organization who funds fertility treatments in Israel. Other organizations provide fertility advice, but do not fund the actual treatments. Often, advisory organizations such as the Puah Institute or Bonei Olam refer their constituents to us for treatment funding.
