The Association acts toward identifying employment needs and training personnel toward optimally integrating within the industry in and outside of Yeruham. The Association maintains working relations with all human resource and plant managers in the area and brokers the connection between open positions and employment seekers.

In terms of employment, was operate unique programs for youngsters with internal blocks, motivational and perseverance issues and we aim to teach them soft skills for the employment world. The programs are conducted as a group workshop, optimally preparing the youngster for the employment world.

In 2014, approximately 350 Yeruham residents were provided employment assistance and accompaniment. Of these residents, approximately 180 found work at various employment centers.
