1.Runs programs mainly for at-risk Ethiopian-Israeli youth, providing them and their families with a sense of belonging, a purpose, and a challenge;
2.Builds and empowers communities, to direct these programs and make them sustainable.
the amuta operates in 8 cities - Gedera, Yavne, Beit-Shemesh, Kiryat-Gat, Be'er-Sheva, Ramla, Rishon-L'Tzion, Netivot.

Youth Center, Young Leadership, Community Gardening, "Homework-At Home!", Young Adults program, and more.
