The organization was founded in July 2009. Place Community Association formed which has established a temporary structure that serves the needs of the community prayers , Torah classes , activities, festivals and charity . A few months after the fall of Major Eliraz Peretz , the community decided to establish a permanent structure in memory . The building will happen " Eliraz House " and in addition to activities that take place now also serve as a learning center for IDF soldiers who Miriam Peretz will take lectures to soldiers and officers in collaboration with the group
