Tsevet Lohamim (צוות לוחמים) is a NPO founded in 2010. Our goal is to nurture new Israeli immigrants (Olim Chadashim) and Israeli youth at risk into becoming the future leaders of Israel

The organisation is a leadership academy that focuses on assisting new immigrants adjust to their new surroundings, excel in them and succeed in achieving their goals. Israel, being a country with countless opportunities available, albeit, strong competition, is extremely overwhelming for those coming from abroad or from less-fortunate backgrounds. Therefore, through the guidance of Tsevet Lohamim and our structured program, we will smoothen the process and give our candidates the tools they need in order to succeed. The program is built around personal mentorship and leadership training, combined with team building exercises and hands-on training in fields such as first aid, fitness, nutrition and public speaking. We provide our candidates with invaluable tools they will use later on in their careers in Israel. We help our candidates find job positions in high-demand industries after their service, and work with youth at risk to ensure they get the future they deserve. Over the years, Tsevet Lohamim has become a family to over 1000 alumni, many of whom volunteer for the organisation today.
