Our structured programs combine personal mentorship, leadership training, and team-building exercises with hands-on workshops in fields such as first aid, fitness, nutrition, and public speaking. These experiences provide participants with skills that extend far beyond their immediate service or studies, preparing them for long-term success in Israeli society and the job market.
Just as importantly, Growing Wings provides access to resources that address essential needs—from housing, food, and mental health support to professional guidance and career placement—ensuring that participants are supported in all phases of their journey.
Beyond training, Growing Wings works to secure career opportunities in high-demand industries, while engaging with youth at risk to ensure they receive the foundation and support they deserve. Over the years, we have built a strong and growing community of alumni who remain deeply connected to the organization—many of them returning as volunteers and mentors to guide the next generation.
