manina is dedicated to advancing volunteering in the Arab community as a means to foster social mobility among youth and young adults, while also addressing societal challenges. Arab youth, aged 18-24, find themselves at a critical juncture in life. They enter this phase with very limited tools and life skills, such as professional skills, interpersonal skills, a sense of capability, leadership development, and social connections that can assist in finding employment opportunities and serve as role models. This gap is particularly noticeable during adolescence, where there is a complete absence of youth movements in Arab society and a significant shortage of volunteering frameworks. Amanina works to promote volunteering in the Arab society as a catalyst for the social mobility of young people.
Additionally, to strengthen the volunteering infrastructure further, the organization, aims to develop a network of volunteers in Arab localities across the country.
Theory of Change: If a sufficient number of meaningful and high-quality volunteering opportunities are created for volunteers, we will advance social leadership and social mobility within the Arab community.
