The Ihud Breslav Bauman Association manages the tomb (Zion) complex of Rabbi Nachman of Breslav in the city of Uman in the Ukraine. The management of the tomb includes all the expenses involved in the proper and continuous operation of the place such as electricity, water, municipal taxes, guard workers, maintenance, cleaning and administrative staff, etc.
The tomb of Rabbi Nachman of Breslav is not funded by government agencies or aid funds, etc. The management of the place is conducted solely on the basis of donations. The Breslav Bauman Union has been running the place successfully since 2014.
