Helem Club's mission is to provide community, resources, and support to people with Post Traumatic Stress Injury (PTSI) without the need for mental health professionals.

Helem Club was founded in 2022 by and for people with Post Traumatic Stress Injury (commonly known as PTSD) with the vision that we can live a life of more simplicity and ease as we heal. In Hebrew, “Helem” means shock, referring to the common name for PTSD from war, Helem krav.

Helem.Club is calling attention to the urgent need for accessible, affordable, and approachable resources for millions of Israelis, as well as the long-term needs for empowered community, culture change, and education to reach people living with PTSD and their families, across the globe.
