Unlike traditional NGOs, we are radically transparent. Not only that the user chooses where exactly their money goes, but they also know that it was used in its entirety to support families in need and not for operations. Our clarity goal is also taking place in choosing the families that join our website, we personally visit each family, get to know their story, make sure they qualify to our criteria, for example, don’t own an apartment, don’t own a car from 2013 or up and don’t have a net income of over 1,500 NIS/person.
while all operational costs of the NGO is covered by dedicated sponsors. We currently screen and qualify families in Israel with the goal of supporting each family with $200/month. The actual support is given in the form of food stamps, which can dramatically ease their day to day struggle. We at ClearGiving, believe that only when our basic nutritional needs are met, we can address other issues in life.

In addition, even though families and donors remain anonymous on the website, we allow donors to get periodic updates about their supported families status.
All donations are tax deductible both in the US and in Israel.
