Reduce educational and social gaps in Israeli society and empower vulnerable communities in order to bring about significant change in the lives of children and youth at risk in Israel

Key programs and activities:
1.“Youth Futures” – a program for children at risk and their families

3.“Derech Eretz” – Pre-Army leadership training program (Mechina)
4.“Afikim Ba’Negev” – Post-Army Empowerment Program.
Over the years, tens of thousands of donors and volunteers from all sectors of society have joined The Spirit of Israel: businessmen, education and sport professionals, cultural figures etc. – all of whom generously contributed time, knowledge and funds to support these important initiatives.
The Spirit of Israel is led by Chairman Joel Koschitzky, Chairman Emeritus is Tal Brody. Board members include prominent businessmen, who serve in this role in a voluntary capacity. Alongside them, works a leadership group of donors, who volunteer and assist in resource development efforts among the business sector.
