To collect humanitarian equipment from sources in Israel and abroad. To provide humanitarian equipment to immigrants, the elderly, at-risk youth, single mothers, lone soldiers, refugees, and the needy in general, both directly and through nonprofits with similar objectives and proper management or equivalent approval from an official supervisory body. To receive and transfer medical equipment to public bodies such as hospitals and various medical institutions. To cooperate with urban and national public bodies in providing assistance to residents registered with welfare services. To accumulate, store, and preserve humanitarian equipment for emergency cases in Israel
