The organization was established as a public benefit company for the achievement of public purposes as follows: operations in the table tennis field in Israel and abroad, to be members of sports associations, sports organizations, and other frameworks related to table tennis or managing sports activities in the table tennis field, to assist athletes in all matters related to their sports activities by providing scholarships and funding expenses for participation in table tennis competitions in Israel and abroad, in any manner the club deems appropriate and possible, to unite and organize athletes in the table tennis field, to establish clubs for both competitive and recreational sports, to train, coach, manage, and guide athletes.
