Alumot Or is a philanthropic social organization that promotes develops and accelerates educational innovation and excellence in Special Education Schools in Israel. We develop and implement unique programs and projects in close collaboration with sc Alumot Or works closely with teams in the field in order to promote excellence in their everyday work, on two levels: Short term projects – Innovative projects such as learning environments, special tools, workshops etc. that provide staff with creative solutions for promoting their students. Long term projects – deep strategic processes such as the development of innovative tools, organizational development and knowledge sharing and structuring that accelerate the schools' evolvement into leading educational centers for excellence in Special Education. Our objective is to leverage, maximize and expand the existing educational excellence inside and outside the schools – in the present and for future generations as well. Alumot Or works in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, schools' staff, students' families and the community, in full collaboration and transparency because we believe that wide cooperation is key to creating leadership in educational excellence.
