Maintaining and managing a public institution as defined in Section 9(2) of the Income Tax Ordinance, aimed at promoting and fostering conservative ideology in Israeli society. Initiating and conducting educational and other activities, both independently and in cooperation with other individuals and bodies, in order to promote, advance and foster conservative ideology in Israeli society. Assisting educational program participants by providing loans, grants, scholarships, or in any other manner, in such form and on such terms as shall be determined from time to time by the organization's authorized bodies.
