Establishing a technological center for resilience and security in the western Negev that will be established for the purpose of encouraging entrepreneurship, helping create new ideas, leading, shaping and promoting initiatives with technological innovation until raising investment. And this alongside creating optimal conditions for companies and initiatives to thrive in the space on the basis of regional cooperation and pooling resources for the purpose of keeping them in the space to create quality jobs for residents of the region and developing regional economic resilience for the purpose of encouraging settlement in the western Negev region.
