Establishing, managing, operating, expanding, and maintaining institutions conducted in the spirit of Judaism; serving as an educational center for the study of Judaism and the Land of Israel for Jewish youth from Israel and the diaspora; instilling in the younger generation love of Torah and the Land of Israel and directing them toward a life of fulfilling commandments and Israeli tradition; teaching all visitors to the center, youth and adults alike, the lessons of Jewish unity, connection between the people and the land, mutual responsibility between Jews in Israel and those in the diaspora, and understanding that Judaism cannot exist without Torah and commandments; maintaining study programs, institutes, seminaries, conferences, Torah institutions, study days, ulpan programs, professional courses, field schools, holiday retreats, courses, and all other activities conducted in accordance with Torah teachings, religious-Zionist thought, rabbinic sources, and Israeli heritage; conducting cultural and sports activities integrated with Torah, Judaism, and community initiatives in Israel; assisting Beit Akiva yeshivas and ulpan programs belonging to the Beit Akiva Yeshiva Network in Israel to promote the educational ideal of loving Torah and the Land of Israel in the spirit of religious Zionism; hosting families during Sabbaths and holidays
