Representing members before the bank and its institutions as well as public and private institutions in all matters relating to members. Mutual assistance among members of the organization. Organization goals: Working to improve the welfare of organization members, among other ways through: (a) Organizing trips and vacations within and outside the country. (b) Creating arrangements with tourism service companies to obtain discounts for members for trips. (c) Organizing specialized conferences on topics relevant to all organization members to the extent possible nationwide. (d) Creating discount arrangements for organization members in a variety of institutions throughout the country in the fields of culture, theater, music, enrichment, and expanding knowledge. (e) Creating arrangements with insurance companies, family health, and finance companies to obtain discounts and benefits for organization members. (f) Financial assistance twice a year (Passover and New Year) through cash vouchers to needy organization members according to criteria established in advance by the board. (g) Activities to maintain contact with relevant bank officials: management, national board, welfare, etc., in order to protect and preserve the rights and benefits granted to bank graduates under the Labor Constitution of Bank Leumi employees, collective agreements and various arrangements achieved in the past, while striving for a system of cooperation with these bodies for the welfare of organization members. (h) Representing members before public and private institutions in matters relating to organization goals.
