Performing charity and kindness for all in need, mainly by carrying out true acts of kindness through its active members for every man and woman of Israel in need, at the time of death and after. These actions must be performed according to tradition and custom in a beautiful and respectful manner that will honor the name of Israel and the organization. Everything done by the organization will be done according to the laws of the Shulchan Aruch and the customs of our holy land, and any questions on this matter will be decided according to the instructions of the Rabbinical Council in Haifa.
