International Police Organization (Israel Branch)

Creating and maintaining a fraternal service relationship of friendship among all members of police forces participating in the international organization and other governmental organizations in which organization members serve or have served. Initiating and encouraging shared social, cultural and professional activities among organization members, including: meetings, parties, excursions and lectures for members and their children. Shared vacation time and group outings. Promoting correspondence relations with members in Israel and abroad. Developing clubs and hobbies among members, learning and exchange of knowledge and experience on the professional level, addressing service issues to the public, law enforcement and public order. Exchange of missions between members of national branches, youth exchanges, young police officers, sons and daughters of organization members. Publishing a bulletin dedicated to the above topics and other literary material, organizing national and international meetings, organizing professional training courses for organization members in Israel and abroad to enrich professional and general knowledge and raise the standard of members, mutual assistance activities for members, both for active and retired members and their families, taking any action and activity for the welfare of all IPA members, donations and support for IPA members from other branches worldwide. Concluding agreements with economic bodies to promote the economic welfare of organization members and leverage their collective purchasing power. Organizing sports activities in various fields among members, including organizing and holding competitions between sports teams of organization branches. Operating in accordance with fair and equal standards among organization members, as is customary in the public sector in Israel and as enshrined in law and court rulings
