To initiate, establish, develop, promote and operate kindergartens, day care centers, toddler groups, afternoon programs and supervision arrangements for the care, operation and education of children and related activities; educational and/or Torah activities for various age groups; initiation, development, implementation and conduct of classes, seminars, Torah study and educational topics; feeding programs for the organization's activities including feeding in various educational frameworks; development, initiation, establishment and construction of infrastructure including classrooms, study buildings, education and enrichment; promotion, improvement and support of all matters related to planning, establishment and operation of education and enrichment services and related matters; to organize cultural, social and other activities for religious women in the spirit of Agudat Israel
