Establishing neighborhoods for rabbis and Torah scholars, new immigrants and blessed families with children and the needy, providing housing assistance in any form including loans and grants. To establish and operate charitable loan funds, wedding assistance funds, housing assistance funds, medical assistance and vocational rehabilitation. Any other goal that includes Torah, education, charity, and any goal that will advance the aforementioned goals
