The organization represents immigrants from Central Europe in the city of Haifa and its surroundings. To encourage immigrants from Central Europe and assist them in all areas it deems beneficial. To work for and on behalf of immigrants from Central Europe in any matter it deems necessary or justified. To initiate, encourage, establish, and manage relief, health, social, scientific projects, homes for the elderly and day centers, education, culture, and other charitable institutions, provided that the income from these projects and institutions shall serve one of the aforementioned purposes. To establish links with associations of immigrants from Central Europe in the field of action and carry out joint activities in cooperation with them.
