Kosel Association for Physical Education, Leisure Culture and Health Promotion near the Hebrew University

To operate and manage the sports facilities of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, subject to agreements to be signed; to create a framework for participation in sports, recreation, culture, leisure activities and promoting the health of participants in the organization's activities; development and dissemination of the idea of engaging in and discovering interest in amateur sports in various sports branches among organization members; development of appropriate levels of sports activity in various sports fields, both in a social framework and in the context of professional sports, recreation and various fields of leisure culture and health promotion; fostering quality of life of participants in the organization's programs, especially in the following values: meaningful content for leisure time, physical fitness development, development of social relationships and social cohesion among participants in the organization's activities and appropriate character traits, especially sportsmanship and fair play, health promotion, health education and healthy lifespan, including prevention, correction, rehabilitation and enrichment activities; to offer services in the areas of the organization's activities to the general public, including academics and others, as appropriate; to serve as the representative sports body of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem; to develop and nurture competitive sports activities, including development of human resources; to develop, lead and promote innovative programs for physical activity related to health promotion and prevention; to provide advice, guidance and support to sports centers and projects of a public nature; to develop coaching and training services in areas of physical activity and sports management.
