To maintain, develop, and manage religious and educational institutions of members of the faith and to appoint persons who will serve in appropriate religious and educational positions. To establish, maintain, and operate mosques, places of prayer, schools, private boarding schools and/or other institutions, kindergartens, educational institutions, clubs, cemeteries, and all other religious and/or educational institutions of the faith. Establishment, organization, management, and operation of a center for research of culture and religion and/or any other subject. Establishment, organization, and management of courses, lectures, symposia, seminars, and the like on any subject deemed appropriate. To convene, meet, initiate, manage, organize public and private congresses, assemblies, clubs, seminars, lectures, regarding the above-mentioned fields and of any type. Establishment, organization, management, and operation of residential facilities or housing units and/or guesthouses for teachers, lecturers, visitors of its institutions and bodies, students, and those belonging to its institutions and participating in its activities, as it sees fit. Provision of assistance, scholarships, or grants, as needed to achieve the organization's goals, education, culture, and scholarships for students. To disseminate Islamic culture, cultural and educational values in every lawful possible way and to develop and promote feelings of mutual assistance among members of the faith with each other and/or with others
