To plan, establish, manage, operate, develop, renovate and maintain playgrounds at a youth and adult club near the Safford Children's Center as well as playgrounds and clubs in other locations.
To initiate, organize, develop and conduct social, artistic, sporting and other activities for youth.
To disseminate, publicize, act and undertake any action that influences and brings Jerusalem youth closer to educational and cultural activities.
To work for bringing hearts together between different peoples and communities and for joint activities among youth and population from all parts of Jerusalem
