To organize, establish, create, collect, manage and use a fund or funds, to receive donations, legacies, gifts and endowments of any kind or type, which will serve the purposes of memorial and distribution of scholarships or loans to all students of religious Zionism, in order to assist them in financing their studies, including their livelihood and maintenance in boarding schools
