To establish and operate institutions of culture, religion, education, welfare services, health and sports in Kibbutz Karmel. To establish in the kibbutz halls for lectures and/or cultural clubs and/or sports facilities of all kinds that will serve the community. To operate training halls and facilities, sports and games, and to organize and conduct sports competitions of all kinds.
