To establish and operate welfare and health services including a geriatric rehabilitation center providing meals for elderly and disabled and handicapped, community nursing services and day center management. To establish and operate welfare and health services including social clubs, enriched clubs, professional support services and club activities, various welfare frameworks to provide services to the disabled, handicapped and needy for various welfare services. To promote the common and special interests of elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services. To organize educational and cultural programs for elderly, disabled, handicapped and needy for various welfare services. To work for improving conditions and assistance in health, material and psychological matters for elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services. To organize and foster institutional, educational, cultural, literary, recreational and artistic activities among and for elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services. To organize volunteer groups to assist elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services in various ways. To promote and foster conducting research related to the needs of the elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing welfare services. To foster and encourage cooperation between various government bodies and institutions dealing with matters of the elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing welfare services. To establish active volunteer bodies to provide assistance to elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services. To work towards establishing active bodies of caregivers whose task is to provide assistance to elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services. To work and engage in any field of welfare services and also to work in any field aimed at advancing the interests of elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing welfare services. To ensure cooperation and transfer of experience and information exchange between elderly and all social factors working among the elderly and among other age groups for those purposes. To work and cooperate with other bodies and organizations to advance the rights of the elderly and improve the quality of service and care for elderly, disabled, handicapped and those needing various welfare services.
