Establish, found, operate, and develop a network of yeshivas and educational institutions for adults, youth, and children; support Torah institutions, including Kollelim for married scholars; publish books and journals; establish loan funds and grants for students with learning disabilities; engage in all matters of charity and kindness. Manage the distribution of Passover flour (Kamach De'Pesach) and assist the needy. Operate daycare centers and kindergartens for the regular and special sectors. Work to bring estranged Jews closer and find solutions for struggling youth in the ultra-Orthodox sector. Operate a study hall (Beit Midrash).
