To operate a program for young army veterans in general and pre-military academy graduates in particular, through which community educational projects will be operated in the Negev, for the purpose of education in Judaism and values in the spirit of religious Zionism in general and the religious kibbutz in particular, encouragement of Hebrew work in agriculture, assistance and guidance for continuation of civilian life for army veterans. To operate a pre-military academy with the aim of preparing and improving the military service of the academy's students, while imparting educational and academic values, love of the land and humanity. Improvement of physical readiness and challenges in preparation for military service. Addition of objectives for operating a pre-military academy in accordance with the regulations of pre-military academies: To educate academy students to loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state as meant in the Declaration of Independence and the Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and to love of the people and land. To educate academy students to enlist for full, quality and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer positions, according to their abilities and skills, and according to IDF requirements. To prepare academy students, physically and spiritually, for integration as mentioned in the IDF. To establish and enrich the spiritual world of academy students and to increase their self-confidence and faith in their path. To foster young leadership, involvement and social impact of academy students and graduates during their military service and after (objectives approved on 15.11.18)
