To support, assist, and strengthen individuals and families of limited means through financial and spiritual support to encourage them to an appropriate level of morality. Establishing complementary educational frameworks, lectures, cultural activities, conferences, and other activities necessary to root morality in the Jewish people. To work for appropriate publicity in accordance with Torah and moral values in all areas of media. To operate and maintain a Kollel for advanced Torah scholars and provide monthly study scholarships in accordance with custom and subject to the requirements of the law and any regulation and/or instruction required by state authorities.
