To establish, found, maintain and operate schools and dormitories, youth organizations, clubs for boys and girls and new immigrants, distribution of scholarships before holidays to graduates of the organization's institutions in need of financial assistance according to criteria to be determined, funding of activities to bring distant Jews closer and strengthening Jewish identity in schools and other educational institutions, study scholarships for Torah scholars according to criteria to be determined.
