To develop a culture of social responsibility among the civil and business community in Israel. To encourage and accompany business organizations in developing policies of responsibility and community involvement and in implementing them in community projects. To work for the development and promotion of the volunteer sector in social and educational fields. To initiate and promote cooperation between the public, business, and third sectors to advance social issues and establish educational and social projects throughout the country. To initiate, encourage, accompany, and support business-educational projects for at-risk youth to be carried out by local volunteer organizations throughout the country and to carry them out itself, within the organization or through a dedicated entity. To advance and accompany processes of change in the community, development of social capital, and community empowerment through projects for youth and young adults, work with volunteers throughout the country with emphasis on the periphery.
