To teach them in a kollel and train them as ritual scribes (sofrim), kosher slaughterers (shochatim), and ritual circumcisers (mohalim). Establishing Torah educational institutions for children and youth. Establishing a ritual bath (mikveh). Providing financial assistance and essential supplies to Torah scholars and other needy individuals. Establishing a gemilut chasadim (charitable loans) fund. Lectures and workshops for outreach to those distant from Jewish tradition.
