Talmud Torah Aholi Sefer Association ("תלמוד תורה" אהלי ספר) is a registered Israeli nonprofit (amuta), registration no. 580241149, based in מודיעין עילית, founded in 1994.
To maintain, manage, and develop Torah institutions and Torah lessons for youth and adults, to establish funds and charitable funds (gemachim) for assistance and support for students and struggling families.
