Managing a community center in the Emek HaMayanot Regional Council. Representing the region and its residents in local authority matters where the center operates. Community action among the population in the local authority area where the center or community center is located across all segments through these activities. Community, educational, social and cultural action to enhance human dignity, both for developing individuals and the community and for developing a democratic and pluralistic society. Nurturing the culture and traditions of community members. Encouraging and implementing welfare actions for the benefit of the community and population with resident participation and involvement. Improving quality of life and leisure culture in the community
