The organization will engage in activities within the authority of the Rishon Lezion Municipality only, including: holding concerts and musical performances in Rishon Lezion and throughout the country and world accompanied by guest musicians from Israel and abroad. Holding and organizing concerts, musical evenings, musical enrichment clubs, musical courses and workshops for conductors, students and adults, and any other action related to the world of music, including commercial productions in all different branches of music. Encouraging original Israeli creation and Israeli creators through commissioning works, organizing concerts from their works and producing recordings of original Israeli works. Developing and creating artistic and musical connections with orchestras abroad. Exchanges of delegations of musicians and orchestras as well as hosting guest musicians from Israel and abroad. Cultivating a close and good relationship system between the orchestra and the local authority, other public authorities, various musical bodies, research institutions, commercial musical bodies related and unrelated to music. Establishing a building for the orchestra to serve as a performance center and headquarters for all its regular and other activities. Establishing a guest house for orchestra guests for the purpose of carrying out the tasks and activities of this charter. Obtaining financial resources, donations and other funding means for promoting the above-mentioned goals
