To bring for burial non-Jewish foreigners whose non-Jewishness has been verified by the Chevra Kadisha (Jewish burial society) of Haifa, and who have no connection to other religious sects, for the sake of peace, in a respectful manner and without any religious ceremony, based on the Baraita in Tractate Gittin page 61a and as ruled in the Halacha in Rambam, the Tur, and the Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah. The association will conduct secular burial for those interested in it according to the Regulations for Licensing Entities for Burial Affairs and Setting Burial Procedures 1998
