To establish and develop a range of services for the target population of the Department of Social Services, including: independent parents, immigrants, people with special needs, domestic violence, at-risk children and youth, shelter for distressed girls, promotion of women, women's forum, prevention of violence among the elderly, employment liaisons, community clubs. Organization of study days and workshops for activists and residents, operation of a marriage counseling station, to conduct group and community activities promoting the welfare of city residents and any action that brings direct or indirect benefit to the organization
