To establish and operate Torah and education institutions, including: kindergartens, Torah schools, yeshivas for young people, elementary education, including full boarding school conditions, to conduct Torah and education activities in and in connection with these institutions and to support the students of such institutions, including through distribution of various types of scholarships related to their studies, distribution of religious items, clothing, equipment, food and the like
