Training and education of twelfth-grade graduates for paths of military, educational and social leadership. Fostering social responsibility, integration and active participation in Israeli society. Shaping identity and mutual commitment. Studying and teaching intellectual tools in the fields of humanities and social sciences. Serving as a training and advisory center for the education system in the field of Judaism and community. Strengthening and deepening the attachment of children and youth in the state education system to Jewish culture, Zionism, the land and the Jewish people. Training, guidance and accompaniment center for developing Israeli Jewish community spirit. Developing feminist discourse for shaping Israeli Jewish culture while strengthening women's competence and involvement in Israeli Jewish culture. Creating connections between communities. Spreading Jewish culture; teaching foundational values of Jewish heritage to children and youth in the state education system, outside of formal curriculum; deepening the knowledge of children and youth to develop feelings of identification with the Jewish people, the land and Jewish heritage; engaging in enrichment and accompaniment activities for community leaders to Israeli communities; educating preparatory program participants in loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state, as meant in the Declaration of Independence and Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and in love for the people and the land; educating preparatory program participants to enlist in full, quality and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officers tracks, according to their abilities and skills, and in accordance with IDF requirements; preparing preparatory program participants, physically and spiritually, for integration as mentioned in the IDF; establishing and enriching the spiritual world of preparatory program participants and increasing their self-confidence and faith in their path; cultivating young leadership, involvement and social influence, of preparatory program participants and graduates during their military service and after
