Unite within the association all people interested in becoming members and suitable for membership according to its bylaws; disseminate knowledge of the Torah and engage in research and implementation of biblical principles in personal life; help people improve their lives through educational programs based on biblical principles and topics related to science, history, and literature; publish, print, and distribute without compensation biblical books, books, booklets, journals, and other religious and educational materials, and provide this material to association members for use in their volunteer activities and biblical education programs; support other communities, institutions, societies, and associations as chosen by the association; promote relief programs for needy members and provide emergency assistance; develop and conduct programs to promote and improve education among members and others. Unite the religious activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community in Israel, including centralizing the activities of members working within the community and promoting activities for the benefit of members and the community and promoting recognition of Jehovah's Witnesses as a recognized religious community in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of the Royal Decree in Council.
