To establish and support Torah institutions and kollelim. To support and encourage publishers of Torah books. And also to support scholars, families in economic distress with assistance in wedding expenses and child marriage obligations and medical expenses. The association will provide interest-free loans in exceptional cases: (1) For individuals for medical needs (2) For organizations and associations with similar purposes to the association (3) For housing acquisition projects without profit for families without means
