El-Niqab Theatre is one of the largest and most professional theatres that are active within the Druze community. He operates a theater center, produces and presents his plays in all the Druze and Arab villages and in the Jewish sector As a first-class live entertainment venue, El-Niqab Theatre hosts a range of prestigious artists and creative actors, who work individually and as a team, to promote art and pass the flame they carry inside to the audience. Each one of these pioneering actors contributes in a special way to the variety of philosophies, artistic processes, and theatrical approaches of creating plays and drama. Some plays are connected to political or spiritual ideologies, and some are based on purely "artistic" concerns. Some processes focus on a story, some on theatre as event, and some on theatre as catalyst for social change. Plays are usually produced by a production team that commonly includes a scenic designer, lighting designer, costume designer, sound designer, dramaturge, stage manager, props mistress or props master and production manager. The artistic staff is assisted by technical theatre personnel who handle creation and execution of the production.
