Establishing student villages in the Negev and Galilee regions for the benefit of developing education, culture, and social fabric in peripheral areas. The organization will work to encourage settlement in the Negev and Galilee and to improve the standard of education and living conditions of residents in these areas, including through establishing student villages and creating a system of volunteering and social and educational involvement of students in community settlements where or near where the villages will operate. The organization will work to establish public buildings and institutions for the welfare of residents of the Negev and Galilee.
