The creation of a charitable foundation is our key step towards achieving the ambitious goal of helping more than ten thousand people by improving the health and living conditions of people and, thus, creating their sustainable future.
Since its inception, our community has been interested in the social problems of its time, its people, and tries to offer solutions for them. These days, a sense of social responsibility has become an integral part of our DNA.

The main goals of Neshamat Aaliya are: – construction of the first Jewish spiritual and cultural Russian-speaking center and synagogue to help repatriates in the south of the holy land of Israel, in the city of Ashkelon. This project includes a Jewish center for the support and integration of returnees, a synagogue, hobby clubs for children and youth, a school for Torah study, a hall for lectures, seminars and Jewish celebrations, classes for studying Jewish traditions (preparation for coming of age (bar mitzvah), for a wedding, mastering the Hebrew language), a college for comprehending the Talmud, a library of Jewish literature, a hostel for seminar guests, a charitable dining room and humanitarian aid organization.
