Building the bridge: from institutional childhood to independent adulthood. "Halev" helps adolescents who are in the worst possible circumstances to get them go through the most crucial phase of their lives. “Halev” is based on the Independent Living Program (ILP) implemented in the United States and Canada for over twenty years ago. ILP was the first project of it's kind in Israel to provide a continuous supportive environment to children at risk by offering them professional intervention programs, with focus follow-up.
