To establish, operate, manage and maintain a synagogue. To conduct prayers on weekdays, Sabbath and holidays according to the Shatuz Hasidic tradition, as well as special prayers and events. To hold Torah lessons, lectures related to Israeli holidays and the Jewish people. To organize events for association members and the general public. To manage and conduct clubs for youth and/or adults for the dissemination of Torah culture
